This 3-axle 40CBM powder / bulk cement semi-trailer is specially built for the pneumatic transport of bulk cement and powder materials, combining a fluidized-bed discharge system with a robust, low-maintenance tank design for demanding export markets.

The V/W horizontal tank features a fluidized-bed air chamber structure at the bottom of the tank. A rear-mounted external diesel engine and air compressor provide pneumatic discharge at 1.2–1.6 tons per minute, with a residual rate of ≤0.3%.

The Africa export heavy-duty configuration uses a Q345B carbon steel tank with a 5mm shell and 6mm heads, built to survive rough mine roads. Rob-Spring single-point suspension is preferred for poor road conditions, with a 3.5-inch (90#) kingpin and 3×13–16-ton FUWA heavy-duty axles.

Standard equipment includes manholes, a top ladder with anti-slip walkway, an 8-meter wear-resistant discharge hose, fire extinguishers, and a full set of piping and valves. The tank has a 40CBM volume (dual chamber) with a 32–35 ton effective payload.
