This 3-axle side dump semi-trailer is purpose-built for bulk material transport on African mining and construction sites. The horizontal side-push hydraulic system allows dumping to either side, with the opening side door synchronized with the discharge.
The Africa export heavy-duty body features a 10mm floor and 8mm high-strength wear-resistant steel sides, designed to survive rough mine roads and heavy impact loading.
The hydraulic system uses multiple groups of synchronized horizontal side-push cylinders, which can be configured for left-side, right-side, or dual-direction dumping. Customers prefer the original HYVA hydraulic kit, which has reliable local parts availability. The side-opening hydraulic automatic door synchronizes with discharge.
Fitted with a 3.5-inch (90#) bolted kingpin (some old fleets use 2-inch/50#), 28T JOST dual-speed legs, reinforced leaf spring or Rob-Spring single-point suspension (the preferred choice for African mine roads), and 3×13–16-ton FUWA heavy-duty axles, the trailer delivers outstanding durability.
