This 3-axle LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) semi-trailer is a high-pressure cylindrical pressure vessel specially built for the safe transportation of liquefied petroleum gas.
The tank is constructed from Q345R pressure-vessel-grade steel with an 8–10mm shell and 10–12mm heads, subjected to 100% X-ray inspection and hydraulic and pneumatic leak tests. The design pressure is 1.77MPa with a working pressure of 1.61MPa.
Fitted with the full set of high-pressure safety components — dual safety valves, emergency shut-off valves, level gauge, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, static grounding reel, two dry powder fire extinguishers, and an explosion-proof valve box — the trailer meets the highest safety standards for LPG transport.
Valves can be domestic, or the customer can select imported REGO/Blackmer pumps with flow meters for batch loading and unloading. The trailer rides on 3×13-ton FUWA/BPW heavy-duty axles with a 3.5-inch (90#) kingpin; reinforced leaf spring suspension is preferred for African rough roads, with Rob-Spring single-point for mining areas and air suspension for good-road countries.
